Overview
Cookies are small text files placed on your browser or device. Similar technologies, such as local storage and session storage, allow a website to retain limited information in your browser.
Some technologies expire when you close the browser or sign out. Others remain for a defined period or until you clear them. They may be set by Leevize or by a service provider involved in a feature you choose to use.
For more information about how we process personal information, see our Privacy Policy.
Technologies we use
Cookies
We use cookies to maintain authenticated sessions and, in the video editor, to remember the last project you opened. Supabase may split a large authentication value across more than one cookie.
Local and session storage
The application uses browser storage to remember interface preferences, editor state and in-progress choices. This information stays on your device unless a feature explicitly synchronizes it with your account.
Third-party technologies
When you use Google sign-in, Stripe Checkout or the Stripe billing portal, those providers may use their own cookies for authentication, fraud prevention, security and payment processing. Their use is governed by their own privacy notices.
Why we use them
- Authentication and security: keep you signed in, protect sign-in flows and prevent unauthorized access.
- Service functionality: remember your theme, editor preferences and last active project.
- Payments: support secure checkout, billing management and fraud prevention through Stripe.
- Reliability: preserve in-progress state and help requested tools behave consistently.
Cookie and storage details
Essential cookies
These technologies are required to provide requested account and security functionality.
| Name | Provider | Duration | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
metamorph_cookie_consent | Leevize.ai | 6 months | Records your cookie choices so we can respect them. This cookie is strictly necessary. |
sb-*-auth-token | Supabase | Session or configured authentication period | Maintains your authenticated Leevize session. The exact name and number of cookie fragments depend on the deployment. |
OAuth state and verifier values | Supabase / Google | Short-lived | Protects optional Google sign-in and completes the authentication redirect securely. |
Functional storage
These values remember choices or working state. Clearing them may reset preferences without deleting your account.
| Name | Provider | Duration | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
theme | Leevize.ai local storage | Until cleared | Remembers whether you selected the light or dark interface theme. |
__aivs_lastProjectId | Leevize.ai cookie | Up to 12 months | Reopens the last project used in the video editor. |
Editor and workflow state | Leevize.ai local or session storage | Session or until cleared | Preserves selected settings, temporary inputs and editor preferences on this device. |
Payment-provider cookies
| Name | Provider | Duration | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
Stripe security and checkout cookies | Stripe | Varies by cookie | Supports secure checkout, billing portal sessions, payment processing and fraud prevention when you use a payment feature. |
See the Stripe Privacy Policy for current details about Stripe technologies.
Your choices
After making a choice, use the Cookie settings control at the bottom-right of any Leevize page to review or change your preferences at any time. Withdrawing functional consent stops future optional storage and removes the saved theme and last-project cookie.
You can block or delete cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. Most browsers also let you restrict third-party cookies or clear data for a specific website.
Blocking essential authentication cookies may prevent you from signing in or using protected parts of the Service. Clearing functional storage may reset your theme, editor state or last-project preference.
Because Leevize does not currently use targeted advertising cookies, there is no advertising-cookie opt-out required within the Service. If our practices change, we will update this Notice and introduce consent controls where required.
Changes and contact
We may update this Notice when browser technologies, providers or legal requirements change. The date above shows the latest revision.
Questions about cookies or privacy may be sent to contact@leevize.ai.
