Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms form an agreement between you and the operator of Leevize.ai (referred to as “Leevize”, “we”, “us” or “our”). If you use the Service for a business or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and legally able to enter into a contract. You must comply with all laws applicable to your use of the Service.
The Service
Leevize is an AI-assisted creative production platform for generating and editing images, videos, avatars, audio, scripts and other media through configurable workflows. Features, models, output formats and availability may evolve over time.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access the Service for your own lawful personal or internal business purposes.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep it current and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly at contact@leevize.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not sell, share or transfer your account, bypass account limits, or create accounts to evade a suspension or usage restriction.
Inputs, outputs and rights
Your content
You retain the rights you hold in prompts, text, images, video, audio and other material you submit (“Inputs”). You grant us and our service providers a limited license to host, copy, transmit, transform and process Inputs only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and provide the requested Service.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you have all rights, permissions and consents required for your Inputs, including permission to use any person’s face, voice, likeness, trademarks or copyrighted material. You are responsible for reviewing and legally clearing Outputs before publishing or using them commercially.
Outputs
As between you and Leevize, and to the extent permitted by law and applicable third-party model terms, we do not claim ownership of Outputs generated for you. AI Outputs may not be unique and other users may receive similar results. Copyright or other protection is not guaranteed.
Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to create, upload, distribute or facilitate:
- unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory or rights-infringing material;
- sexual exploitation, content involving the abuse or endangerment of minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery;
- harassment, hateful abuse, credible threats or instructions intended to cause harm;
- impersonation, identity fraud, unauthorized deepfakes or misuse of another person’s face or voice;
- malware, attacks, scraping, reverse engineering, security bypasses or interference with the Service;
- attempts to circumvent safety filters, credit charges, rate limits or access controls.
You must disclose AI-generated or materially manipulated content where required by law and must not misrepresent an Output as authentic evidence or human-generated work where doing so would be deceptive.
AI-specific terms
AI systems are probabilistic. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, unexpected or unsuitable for your intended use. They are not professional legal, financial, medical or other expert advice.
Models may reject an Input, fail to complete a generation or return different results from the same prompt. You remain responsible for evaluating Outputs and for all decisions, publications and claims based on them.
Credits, prices and payments
Credits are prepaid units used to run eligible operations. The estimated credit cost depends on the selected model, duration, resolution, quality and number of variations and is displayed before generation. Leevize’s usage records are the authoritative record of credits consumed.
Subscription credits refresh on each monthly renewal and unused subscription credits do not roll over. Top-up credits are added after successful payment and, under the current credit system, any unused balance is replaced by the plan’s monthly allowance on renewal. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not redeemable for cash except where law requires.
Prices are shown before checkout. Taxes may be added where required. Payments are processed by Stripe; Leevize does not store full payment-card details. Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, completed purchases and used credits are non-refundable.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Starter and Pro are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges through Stripe.
You may manage or cancel through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Upgrades, downgrades, prorations and billing adjustments are handled by Stripe and shown before confirmation. Statutory consumer cancellation and withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties, including Supabase for authentication and data services, Stripe for payments, Google for optional sign-in, cloud storage providers, and external AI/model infrastructure such as fal.ai and Replicate. Your use of third-party features may also be subject to those providers’ terms and acceptable-use policies.
We are not responsible for independent third-party services, their content, outages or changes outside our reasonable control.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, generation speed, queue time, storage duration, model availability or any particular Output quality. Maintenance, provider outages, safety controls or capacity limits may delay or prevent generations.
We may add, replace, update or retire models, workflows and features. Material changes to a paid service will be communicated where reasonably possible.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement and uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leevize will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, business, goodwill or data. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Leevize during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, create legal or security risk, misuse AI features, or where required by law or a provider.
On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions concerning ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability and disputes survive where their nature requires it.
Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Leevize operator, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt in good faith to resolve the issue informally.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the competent courts determined under applicable law. No provision requires a consumer to waive a forum or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the Service, law or business practices change. We will update the date above and provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
