Your privacy matters. We use personal information to provide and secure Leevize, process requested AI generations and manage billing. We do not sell your personal information.
01

Scope and who is responsible

This Policy applies to the Leevize.ai website, accounts, Studio, workflows, gallery, subscriptions and related support interactions (the “Service”). The operator of Leevize.ai is the controller responsible for the processing described here.

Third-party websites and services have their own privacy policies. This Policy does not govern their independent processing.

02

Information we collect

Information you provide

  • account information such as your name, email address and authentication details;
  • prompts, instructions, uploaded reference images, videos, audio and files;
  • communications, feedback and support requests;
  • transaction information such as plan, credit balance, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, payment status and purchase history.

Information received from other services

If you sign in with Google, we receive account information Google makes available with your authorization, typically your email, name and profile image. Stripe sends us payment and subscription status; full card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not Leevize.

Information collected automatically

We may process IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, requested pages, error logs, security events, workflow usage, generation status, credit consumption and similar technical data needed to operate and protect the Service.

03

Prompts, generated media and faces or voices

Inputs are transmitted to the AI and infrastructure providers needed to perform the workflow you request. Generated media and associated metadata may be stored in your gallery or project storage so you can access and manage it.

Some features process images, video or audio containing a person’s face or voice. You must have permission to submit that material. Leevize uses it to provide the requested generation; do not upload sensitive personal information or biometric templates such as faceprints or voiceprints.

Leevize does not claim that uploaded faces or voices are used to uniquely identify or authenticate individuals. External AI providers process submitted media under their own contractual and privacy terms.

04

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • create and authenticate accounts and maintain sessions;
  • run workflows, process Inputs and return Outputs;
  • store projects, media, preferences and generation history;
  • calculate, deduct and replenish credits;
  • process subscriptions, top-ups, invoices and payment events;
  • provide support and send service, billing and security messages;
  • diagnose errors, secure the Service and prevent fraud or misuse;
  • comply with law and enforce our Terms;
  • analyze aggregated or de-identified usage to improve reliability and product design.

We do not use private customer media in public marketing without permission, and we do not sell personal information.

05

Legal bases for processing

Where the GDPR or similar law applies, we process information because it is:

  • necessary for a contract, such as providing your account, generations, credits and subscription;
  • necessary for legitimate interests, such as security, fraud prevention, service reliability and product improvement, where those interests do not override your rights;
  • required by law, including accounting, tax and lawful requests;
  • based on your consent, where we specifically ask for it, such as optional integrations or communications.
06

How we share information

We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to:

  • Supabase, for authentication, database and storage services;
  • Stripe, for checkout, billing, subscriptions, fraud prevention and payment records;
  • Google, when you choose Google sign-in;
  • AI and compute providers, including fal.ai, Replicate and the model providers selected by a workflow, to process Inputs and generate Outputs;
  • cloud and media storage providers, to host generated or uploaded assets;
  • professional advisers, authorities or transaction counterparties where required by law, needed to protect rights, or connected with a legitimate corporate transaction.

These providers may process information in different countries and under their own privacy terms. We do not authorize service providers to use your information for unrelated purposes.

07

Cookies and local storage

Leevize uses essential cookies for Supabase authentication, session continuity and security. The application may also use browser local storage to remember interface preferences such as theme and editor settings.

These technologies are required for requested functionality. You can clear them in your browser, but doing so may sign you out, reset preferences or prevent parts of the Service from working correctly. We do not currently describe the Service as using targeted advertising cookies.

See our Cookie Notice for details about the technologies currently used and your browser choices.

08

Data retention

We retain account and service data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Generated assets and projects may remain available in your account until you delete them, request account deletion, or applicable storage limits require removal.

Billing, transaction, fraud-prevention and legal records may be retained longer where required by tax, accounting or other law. Logs and backups are retained for limited operational periods. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where reasonably possible.

09

International data transfers

Our providers and AI infrastructure may process information outside your country, including in the European Economic Area and the United States. Where required, transfers are supported by an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another lawful safeguard.

10

Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including authenticated access, service-role separation, encrypted network transport and restricted payment handling through Stripe. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for securing your credentials and for avoiding sensitive information in prompts unless it is necessary for the feature and you are authorized to provide it.

11

Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

To exercise a right, email contact@leevize.ai from the address associated with your account. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

You can manage Google permissions through your Google account and subscription payment settings through the Stripe billing portal.

12

Children

The Service is not directed to children and may only be used by people aged 18 or over, or the age of legal majority where higher. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

13

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Service, providers, legal requirements or data practices. We will update the date above and give reasonable notice of material changes where required.
