Credits are the usage unit for creating media in Leevize Studio. Every image, video, avatar, voice or text operation has a credit cost based on the model, duration, resolution and quality you select.
Your estimated cost is shown before generation. Once you approve and launch the workflow, the corresponding credits are deducted from your balance.
Subscription credits refresh automatically on your monthly renewal date. Unused credits do not roll over: your available balance is reset to the monthly allocation included in your active plan.
Yes. Starter and Pro renew automatically each month to keep your Studio access and credit allowance active. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Stripe billing portal. When cancelled, your plan remains available until the end of the current paid period.
It depends on the models and settings you use. Image models generally cost fewer credits than long, high-resolution video generations. The estimates shown in each plan card are examples based on premium images and standard videos; mixing models and formats will change your actual output.
You can purchase a 1,000, 2,000, 5,000 or 10,000-credit pack from the Studio whenever you need additional capacity. Credits are added automatically after Stripe confirms the payment and can be used across all supported workflows. Your balance is reset to your plan allowance at the next subscription renewal, so choose a pack sized for your current billing cycle.
Not currently. Leevize uses transparent credit pricing so you can see and approve the cost of every generation. This keeps access predictable across premium image, video, avatar and voice models without hidden fair-use limits or reduced-speed queues.
Yes. You can manage your subscription through the Stripe billing portal. Plan changes, billing adjustments and their effective dates are calculated by Stripe. Your current plan remains available until Stripe applies the requested change.
Annual billing is not available yet. Starter and Pro are currently monthly, with no long-term commitment. The annual option will become selectable once dedicated annual plans and Stripe prices are available.
Each workflow shows its estimated credit cost before generation. The final amount depends on the models and options involved, such as video duration, output resolution, image quality, voice length and the number of requested variations. Nothing is generated until you launch the workflow.
